Depending on the fixed mode and material, it can be divided into: silica gel attachment pallet, high temperature adhesive paper stickers, magnetic pallet, etc.  
1. Silicone attachment pallet  
It is a viscous fixation of silica gel fixation FPC. Silica gel or silica film is printed on the pallet after the pallet processing is completed.  
The advantages of this pallet are: cost savings, can be used repeatedly; save people, high efficiency; surface is flat, facilitated; after the furnace is convenient, fast. The disadvantage is: To sink the silicone stickers, add the design and production complexity of the fixture; the position of the silica gel corresponding FPC does not have components; silica gel is short, maintenance (silica gel, need to be replaced, etc.) large.  
2. High temperature adhesive paper stickers  
It is a high-temperature tape on the FPC, and there is no need to process after the pallet processing is completed. The advantage of this pallet is that it is well fixed, the oven does not fall; no special maintenance is required. The disadvantage is that the high temperature finishes are high; the person is wasted, the efficiency is low; it is easy to scratch the FPC surface when taking the torn paper after the furnace; it is easy to cause FPC attachment.  
The cost of high temperature adhesive paper is one of the main defects of this method. In order to reduce this cost, we found a white Japanese high-temperature adhesive paper, which can repeat the cycle 5 times, greatly reduced high temperature adhesive paper cost.  
3. Magnetic pallet  
It is embedded in the pallet when the machining pallet is pressed, and the FPC is positioned to the pallet, cover the tablet, contain iron elements, can generate the attraction of the magnet in the pallet, The FPC is firmly clamped in the middle of the pallet and tablet.  
The advantage of this pallet is that it is well fixed, the oven does not fall; no special maintenance is required. Cost once, no follow-up costs, the total cost is low; the problem can be significantly improved. The disadvantage is that the production is complex, the cycle is long; the initial investment cost is high; the tablets are easily deformed; not suitable for the solder resist layer using the PSR or PSC class FPC.  
The above three types of clamping schemes did not say which kind of better than the other. When we use the fixture design, we need to consider the characteristics of the product, the order quantity and other factors.
